“I love good coffee, I don’t like high-prices or long lines ups. I like enjoying Starbucks coffee in the comfort of my own home, without having to hop in lululemons and uggs to go pick up a cup, if you know what I mean. I like that my delicious, hot brew costs only $1.00 and tastes like the real deal. I love my new Verismo® 600 Brewer from Home Outfitters.
Sure, you all know me as a the ”french press gal” – and I’m not ready to give up that title, but you know what, sometimes even ten minutes is too long to wait. Not to mention the fancy-ness that can happen with the Verismo 600 – I can get an espresso is 90 seconds. While it’s brewing, our new Starbucks Electric Milk Frother is working its magic (amazing with coconut milk!!), to top that espresso with the perfect foam. Wow. So. Good.
As you can see, we made a little coffee bar over the holidays that was rather indulgent and incredibly delicious. I can honestly say that since January 1st, and our smoothie detox, there hasn’t been any more whipped coconut cream (have you tried this stuff? Amazing!) or irish cream. But a good cup of straight up Starbucks barista-worthy coffee is not something to shake a stick at in the early hours of the morning.
Home Outfitters carries the best designer brands and The Starbucks Verismo 600 is no exception. A designer product with excellent functionality. I was seriously impressed with what a perfect cup of coffee it made. The espresso was on point and the different brewed coffees were just like being at a Starbucks coffee shop. My husband even made me a few perfect Americanos – it truly is like having your own Starbucks barista at home!
We’re giving this machine a four star rating. It makes a genuinely good brew and beats many other machines by far. It’s fast, hot, smooth, and you can get your Starbucks latte in the comfort of your own home! I will say, it’s a bit loud for me, but the noise only lasts a few seconds. Also, it is $1.00/cup which is more expensive than my french press, but less expensive than buying a coffee at the shop.
As a Home Outfitters athome Insider, I got to test run this baby over the Christmas holidays and I can tell you I’m impressed. So impressed, it’s got me planning an after-skating coffee party…oh, and Valentine’s Day specialty brew party…and a – well, you get the picture.”
